I have received three boxes so far. I have thoroughly enjoyed all their contents. Both, sweet and savory snacks are high quality. The booklet inside is always beautiful an informative. I'm eagerly waiting for my next box!

We have enjoyed our Bokksu snacks and always look forward to the next box. Products are always fresh and very tasty.

We normally visit Japan each year but with the pandemic have been unable to visit since 2019. I found out about Bokksu and decided to give it a try. The "orange box" arrived within 3 weeks of shipping. It was packed with all kinds of delicious treats and a great guide book. We will certainly pay a visit to some of the suppliers on future trips to Japan. It is great to get authentic Japanese snacks to enjoy until we can once again visit Japan. My wife and daughter are very pleased too.

love this box! it comes with a variety of snacks and multiple of some too. I definitely plan on using them for a while

Honestly this is a great product. It might not look like a lot but the variety and freshness of each item is incredible. Easy to deal with customer service. We love it

First the customer service is absolutely first class. The box which was shipped speedily and with the utmost care contained delicious snacks and sweets. I was very pleasantly surprised with all the treats which came from local vendors in the Kyoto area. Every single one was pure perfection.
And there was beautiful pamphlet giving more details and a description of each product! How wonderful to support local businesses who provide excellent products and I am looking forward to my next box. I highly recommend Bokksu.

I was surfing the net for Japanese treats and came across the Bokksu site. I recalled a video on YouTube where the person was trying their box for the first time and they were loving it. I ordered from the market section and I was excited at how quick everything arrived. Everything I ordered tasted amazing! I'm now on my second order from them. I live their tea assortments. The flavors are so exotic and yummy. Definitely recommend Bokksu to anyone.

I have had my subscription for 3 months now. I just renewed it for another 3. I love this service. The snacks are tasty, very fresh, and attractively packed. The guidebook that comes with each box is informative and fun to read. They make each box an experience rather than just a collection of snacks.

Just got my Japanese Snacks! Wow, they arrived quicker than I anticipated. Took only 5 days to arrive and I live in Canada! These guys really want to give the best experience to their customers! If I could give 6 stars I would! Definitely buying from them again!
